This is a lead role, where you'll be heading up an established team with a busy work load of exciting projects
You will play a pivotal role for my client, spear heading the team and developing it further.

Capabilities and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day operations such as; proposal writing and reviewing, report writing, technical reviewing of contaminated land assessments and remediation, as well as line management duties, including staff mentoring, training, appraisals, and team management.
A proven ability to seek and gain new commercial opportunities will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be a clear and effective communicator, have solid commercial awareness, proven experience in a geo-environmental role with contaminated land, risk assessment and liability principles and a knowledge of preliminary risk assessments, intrusive investigation design & management and quantitative risk assessments. You should have a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, technical guidance and codes of practice, as well as experience in delivering services across a range of markets.
