£45,00 to £70,000 Depending on experience with a significant benefits package.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced principal/associate Level Engineer to join a global multi-Disciplinary Consultancy at their offices in Edinburgh.
This will be a pivotal role within the business and an ideal opportunity for someone interested in leading a significant team at one of the world's leading engineering consultancies. There will be scope for significant growth within the business for the right candidate as well as opportunity to learn from the varied nature of the position. This role would be ideal for someone already working at this level or a Principal looking for the next step up.
You will be contributing to the increasing turnover of the public and private sector markets within Scotland coordinate and deliver tenders whilst managing an exceptional variety of projects up to a value of £500k;
You will be expected to support on the technical delivery of workload across the UK as required. A key aspect of the role will be to contribute to the growth and development of the water's edge and flood and coastal risk management business across the UK with a focus on Scotland Manage. Flexibility to travel around a number of UK and international locations would also be a bonus.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Bachelors or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
*Chartered Engineer via ICE or CIWEM
*Knowledge and practical experience of Scottish policy and procedures
*Site supervision experience of fluvial and coastal projects
*Experience in Hydrology and Hydraulic modelling
*Flood risk Experience
