Allen & York has engaged with a specialist, global environmental organisation who are seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join their team based at their Oxford site. This position sits within a small but established team reporting to the Marketing Director, you will also have 1 direct line report. The purpose of the marketing function is to drive awareness on social development related issues on a global scale accrediting the organisations positioning within this space.
The primary focus of the role:
As the Marketing Manager you will be required to work very closely with internal sales teams on targeted marketing campaigns. This is to drive leads and assist on closing sales through lead generation campaigns producing relevant sales materials and monitoring using Salesforce. You will be producing regular e-newsletters and updates to engage both existing and prospect customers. You will need to ensure all sales marketing materials are both effective and consistent in quality. You must have a proven track record of creating a variety of printed and online materials therefore experience of In-Design will be desirable however not required.
You will be working closely with the Marketing Director on delivering the communications strategy across the organisation you will also be responsible for managing the corporate website including writing content in line with brand and company values as well as managing social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience successfully delivering integrated communications campaigns and hands on experience of both online and offline marketing, email marketing and social media. You will need to have strong communications and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work and ability to work well under pressure. A proven track record of producing and delivering effective lead generation campaigns managing both content and design for outbound materials. Strong B2B experience is a MUST.
