To support and enhance our health and safety arrangements within the business we’re looking to hire a Health & Safety Business Partner to help us keep Health & Safety at the top of everyone’s agenda
As our new Health & Safety Business Partner no two days will ever be the same. You’ll be hands-on and will spend significant time in the field supporting your stakeholders and encouraging positive behaviors across the business. Your days will be varied, diverse, challenging, but more than anything, motivating. You’ll get the chance to work with an incredible H&S team and will also work closely with the senior territory management team on a regular basis in supporting and ensuring continuous improvement. You’ll support our locations in cover the South East and the role will be based from one of our locations close to where you reside.
For you to be successful in this role you’ll hold a Nebosh General Certificate and ideally will be continuing with your professional development. Working in a similar full time H&S role would be advantageous. As it’s a Business Partner role, it’s really important that you have brilliant communication and influencing skills, and that you build relationships naturally. You’ll hopefully come from a multi-site background too, we’d prefer it, but it isn’t essential
