JSM are very pleased to be working alongside a successful regional planning and Environmental consultancy as they look to add a flood risk specialist to their growing team in Devon. This a great opportunity to establish yourself in a well-regarded consultancy and be involved in some interesting projects along the way. My client is a specialist in environmental impact assessment, hydrology, flood risk assessment, water quality monitoring and assessment and hydraulic modelling. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 plus years' experience working in a similar organisation and a degree in either an engineering or environmental discipline.
You will be working within a dynamic team on a broad range of projects Nationally, assisting in the provision of flood risk assessments and planning for a range of projects
Working within a small firm with a relaxed but highly commercial culture, you will be given significant support as well as responsibility to broaden your career.
You will be playing a key role in the business and hence be able to contribute ideas to help shape the business going forward

Capabilities and Qualifications
*A degree in Engineering or Environment
*Detailed knowledge of hydrology/flood risk assessment
*Eye for detail, produces accurate work
*Thrive under pressure, can work to tight deadlines
*Strives to deliver an exceptional level of service to clients at all times
*Excellent written and communication skills
*Presentable, and with good presentation skills
*Ability to front client work and retain clients passed on to them
