Environmental Manager:-

The Person:  Educated to a minimum Degree level in an Environmental / Engineering discipline or similar, you will be a key member of the Entek Management Team being directly responsible for the Environmental Management of the site, ensuring Legal compliance at all times. Demonstrable knowledge of ISO14001 & ISO50001 Systems you will have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, working within a team and independently.

The Role:  Ensuring compliance with all site permits and permissions as regulated by the Environment Agency taking ownership of REACH authorisation and re-application while providing additional support for other Management Systems held (18001 & 9001). Lead the High Performance Team managing solvent consumption and emissions while managing carbon media activity testing.
To maintain a robust Emergency preparedness, spill response and reporting regime. Have the ability to design & deliver Environmental Training programmes to employees as needed.

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Circa £38-£42k depending on experience
