Role Description

  • As Environmental Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are given Environmental support whilst liaising with the Health & Safety and Site Management team on the implementation of objectives and policies on their Projects
  • Your role will involve overseeing, advising and reporting on Environmental issues including Carbon Footprint Monitoring and Site Waste Plans; ensuring that compliance is met, whilst maintaining Management Systems adhere to ISO 14001
  • You will be required to conduct incident investigations in accordance with Reporting Procedures and analysing all data, making recommendations to avoid any recurrences
  • You will be responsible for Coordinating and assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the Environmental Management Systems. Helping to ensure that they are circulated and complied throughout the business
  • Your role will involve planning and executing internal audits to assess the implementation of Environmental Control Procedures at project level
  • Working with the Commercial team, your role will involve assisting with tender applications
  • You will be required to provide environmental awareness training, including power point presentations, briefings are tool box talks.



  • Recognised National environmental qualification such as a degree in environmental management
