Visa is seeking a banking and payments professional with specialism in sustainability and partnership, to join the Sustainability Solutions team as a manager in the Sales and partnership function. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the function, delivering on client needs by delivering advisory, data, and value propositions. In addition is responsible to manage the product delivery and roadmap development.
Responsibilities:
• Map out the existing VSS distribution and sales processes, taking on-board feedback around the challenges and opportunities
• Identify internal stakeholders that will be required to execute this project & co-create solutions
• Scope and identify opportunities for improvement, validate with internal stakeholder's & project manage teams to deliver change
• Lead the work stream, ensuring collaboration and create synergy between different teams
• Document and develop a best practice process play-book that can be leveraged by both partners and internal teams.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of work experience
with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or PhD
