Graduate Environmental Planner – 2024 Graduate Training Scheme

We are recruiting for graduates to join our well-established, busy offices in Cirencester, Lichfield (Birmingham) and Leeds, who have a wide range of clients and projects for you to gain excellent exposure to and develop your technical and professional skills.

As a Graduate Environmental Planner, you will be working closely with the Environmental team to deliver wide-ranging design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You will have the opportunity to be involved in EIA project management and co-ordination, support with delivering environmental statements and appraisals, as well as providing professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies. You will gain some valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates to hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Impact Assessment and/or Management.

We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:

  • A logical and analytical approach
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box.

Work experience in EIA / Environmental Consultancy would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.

Start Dates
