Sustainability Officer

Salary Details:The starting salary will be from £32,332 on Grade E, depending on qualifications and experience.

Package Details: Generous holiday allowances, flexible working, pension scheme and relocation package (if applicable).

Sustainability Team within the Finance, Infrastructure and Commercial Services Division

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

We welcome applications from candidates interested in working part-time hours or job-sharing arrangements.

This new full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

Summary of the role

An exciting opportunity has risen to join the growing Sustainability Team and help shape the sustainability performance of a world-class institution, which has the aim of being a leader on the environment and climate crisis. The role involves working on a range of sustainability projects and initiatives to support the delivery of the commitments in the University’s Environment and Climate Emergency Policy Statement.
