We are registrants of IEMA’s EIA Quality Mark Scheme, demonstrating our commitment to delivering high quality EIA Reports/ ESs, and to continually developing good practice.

Salary from £30k to £50k depending on experience.

We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements for this role, for example, part time working (minimum 3 days / 22.5 hours per week), partial homeworking, and/ or flexible start/ finish times.

You will be encouraged to pursue ongoing development and acquire new skills to reach your career goals, and if you haven’t yet achieved professional recognition/ qualification in your field, e.g. CEnv we will provide you with the support to achieve it.

About you:

You will be an experienced EIA project manager with previous consultancy or ‘client-side’ experience.  Ideally, your experience will span several market sectors, particularly the energy sector and you will have experience in managing the EIA process for large and complex projects.

You will have a good degree in a relevant discipline, i.e. planning, geography, or an environmental science field and preferably will have completed a post-graduate qualification in, or covering, EIA.

In addition to EIA project management experience, you will ideally also have wider development planning experience and the confidence to engage with the design process for complex projects.

Membership at an appropriate level of IEMA and/ or MRTPI is desirable but not essential as the candidate can work towards membership with LUC.

Candidates must have good organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and time, using initiative.  Also important for this role are excellent communication and report writing skills.

The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients is essential.  We are known for being professional but personable in our work.  Central to our culture is a friendly, equitable and supportive working environment.
